The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents or accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper care or cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes such as minor scratches or discolouration that do not affect performance
- Incidental or consequential damages
Examples of misuse that may void the warranty include:
- Overheating cookware
- Misuse in ovens, grills, or under broilers
- Damage to nonstick surfaces caused by sharp metal utensils or appliances
- Use of oven cleaners, abrasive cleaning products, or scouring pads
- Failure to properly clean or maintain the cookware
- Dishwasher use on cookware collections that are not dishwasher safe
