The TITUM™ Nonstick surface is engineered for exceptional durability and is reinforced to withstand everyday cooking. Most metal utensils can be used safely; however, we recommend avoiding sharp utensils such as knives and forks, as these may damage the nonstick surface over time.
TITUM™ cookware also features Hestan's sealed rim construction, which protects the cookware from corrosion and prevents exposure of the core materials. This allows the cookware to be safely cleaned in the dishwasher.
For the longest possible life and best appearance, hand washing is always recommended, but dishwasher cleaning will not harm the cookware when used as directed.
